In 2025, ChatGPT solidified its dominance with more than 46.5 billion visits, accounting for 48.36% of total chatbot traffic—a figure that is four times higher than the combined visits of the next 10 competitors. With a year-over-year growth of 106%, ChatGPT is not only sustaining but widening its lead.
DeepSeek secured the second position with 2.74 billion visits, marking an extraordinary 48,848% surge compared to last year. It was followed by Gemini at 1.66 billion, also recording strong growth, though still far behind ChatGPT.
