Dennis B. Ross is a former American diplomat and currently a fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a pro-Israel think tank, and co-chairs the Jewish People Policy Institute's board of directors. He was the Director of Policy Planning in the State Department under President George H. W.
